This is the application form for Fluence’s MDMA-Assisted Therapy Education Program in collaboration with MAPS PBC. This application is for new applicants who have not yet applied or enrolled in the prerequisite Certificate Program in Psychedelic Therapy and Integration. If you have already enrolled in the PTI program and wish to apply to the MDMA program, please use this abbreviated application instead. Upon completion of the form you’ll be taken to a page to process the $100 application fee. You are encouraged to review the Certificate Program page and our FAQ before applying.
