At Fluence we are committed to the safety and health of our community. All Fluence staff work remotely and will continue to follow all state and local mandates regarding remote work. We began providing our training programs online in March of 2020, and will continue to either hold programs online or in accordance with all recommended safety precautions if in-person. Our in-person programs are hosted by other organizations that will honor requests for refunds or transfers in the case of illness or COVID exposure.
- All currently and newly planned in-person programs will be held in accordance with state and local mandates/guidance regarding social distancing, reduced capacity, and COVID Screenings. Our host organizations, for instance, Menla, as the provider of space, lodging, and meals, will be responsible for implementing such policies. By attending our in-person programs you agree to follow all applicable safety procedures and precautions.
- All currently and newly planned online events will proceed as usual.
- We will do our best to provide timely and clear information for your planning, but we cannot be responsible for any costs associated with postponements, cancellations, travel plan changes. For In-person programs please contact the host organization and review the cancellation policy, and please purchase travel insurance or otherwise flexible travel options.
If you have further questions or request assistance with a program change or cancellation please contact us at info@fluencetraining.com. This policy will be updated as-needed and in response to current conditions.
