Sylvia is a Therapist, School Psychologist, and Reiki Master/Teacher.  She is passionate about supporting clients of all ages. She is client -centered, empathic, and culturally sensitive.  She uses a  variety of approaches integrating contemplative and energetic practices that are individualized and include western strength-based approaches to therapy, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. She grew up in Argentina and is fluent in Spanish.
