Insider talked with five companies that shared their plans for Oregon and found that while specific plans remain uncertain until regulations are finalized, companies are already starting to lay the groundwork to take advantage of the opportunity.

Victor Cabral, Fluence's director of policy and regulatory affairs, said that the company is developing a "psilocybin-assisted" therapy certificate with a curriculum that's closely tied to the training standards that are being developed in Oregon.
