Diversity and Inclusion at Fluence
Fluence maintains a policy of inclusivity and strives to create a safe and supportive environment where people can come together to learn. Our concern for the wellbeing of others extends to our staff, collaborators, program attendees, and all who encounter our work in this broad and interconnected world. We strive to be a leader in diversifying the field of psychedelic-informed medical and mental health professionals, inclusive of a broad spectrum of races, ethnicities, genders, religions, faiths, classes, sexual orientations, abilities, health statuses, linguistic backgrounds, national origins, immigration statuses, and other categories. All lead trainers at Fluence are also licensed clinicians and MAPS trained MDMA therapists and abide by the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapy Code of Ethics, as well as the ethical canons of their respective professions. Please see our Mission Statement for additional context.
