Oregon has become the first state in the U.S. to legalize the psychedelic drug psilocybin, better known as Magic Mushrooms. But Oregonians will not be tripping alone. The only way to legally use the drug will be in the care of a licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, who has undergone a government-approved training program. This week, the State’s licensing process officially begins. Ingmar Gorman is a clinical psychologist, and the co-founder of Fluence Training, a national organization offering courses in how to care for people using psilocybin.
